Phaemladen Partners with NexPay to Streamline Euro Fiat On-Ramp for Institutional Traders
The integration, announced this week, gives institutional clients direct EUR deposit and withdrawal options on Phaemladen via NexPay's regulated payment rails.

Phaemladen, a rapidly growing digital asset exchange, announced this week a strategic partnership with NexPay, a European-regulated fintech specialising in instant fiat settlement. The collaboration is designed to remove friction for institutional traders moving between euros and cryptocurrencies, addressing one of the sector's most persistent liquidity bottlenecks.
Strategic Integration Highlights
Under the agreement, NexPay's real-time payment network will be directly embedded into Phaemladen's trading platform. This allows qualified institutional users to deposit and withdraw EUR using SEPA Instant transfers with near-zero latency. The partnership follows Phaemladen's recent expansion into the European market and aligns with its broader push to offer bank-grade fiat rails alongside deep order-book liquidity.
The new fiat gateway is already live for a select group of beta testers, with full rollout expected by the end of the quarter. Key benefits include:
- Instant settlement – SEPA Instant transfers are credited within seconds, enabling faster capital deployment.
- No counterparty holding periods – Funds move directly between the client's bank and exchange wallets, reducing custody risk.
- Competitive fee structure – NexPay charges a flat 0.1% per transaction, with no hidden spreads or minimums.
- Regulatory compliance – Both partners operate under the supervision of the Dutch Central Bank (DNB) and comply with MiCA transitional provisions.
“This integration is a game-changer for professional traders who demand speed and reliability,” said Phaemladen's CEO during the announcement. “By combining NexPay’s regulated payment infrastructure with our execution engine, we are building the kind of seamless fiat experience that the institutional market has been waiting for.”
The move positions Phaemladen to compete more aggressively with incumbent exchanges that have long struggled with slow bank transfers and high fees. Industry observers note that the partnership could also pave the way for additional fiat currencies and stablecoin settlement options later this year.
